I hope this newsletter finds you well. Can you believe that we’ve already completed the first month of our new term? Time sure does fly by quickly.

You are wondering why I added this picture. This is the situation with your LCVP F&L. Finance is like a Black Hole, the deeper you go, the deeper it gets. As a Finance Head, you have to deal with real money; with money comes trust, and with trust comes responsibility.

In the image, you see a guy all alone, in the same way, the Finance Head is mostly used to being alone because of its privacy regarding Financial decisions & the work done by F&L is not visible. But this situation teaches a lot of things that an ordinary person may not get a chance to learn.

At last, Finance is simple, but it’s not easy! With that, I welcome you to August’s Proud Commission Newsletter!

FTF [ Finance Task Force ] Meet 7.0 💥

FTF meet is that where a reality check was discussed and a way forward was decided for the next month.

During our FTF meet, we took a realistic look at our organization’s progress and identified areas where we need to improve. We discussed the challenges we faced in the past month and brainstormed potential solutions to move forward.
